Someone requested that I give them the step by step instructions I
wrote for someone else, since i can't remember who it was I'll give
them to everyone, feel free to pick em apart all you want

0.5 go for a long ride and run all of the gas out of your tank (if
it's full it weighs like 40 pounds or something to that effect)
1. remove gas tank
2. remove throttle cables (it's only one screw that holds the bracket
on the side of the carb)
3. remove allen bolt from bottom of choke lever, the
whole lever and cable should come out (make sure you
can figure out how it goes back together), leave the
lever on the cable and just pull the cable down so
there is enough slack at the carb to let you rotate it
(you shouldn't have to cut any zip ties), be careful
with the connection at the carb it looks like it can
be broken easily (I tried to get it apart but I didn't
want to break it so I didn't mess with it anymore)
4. loosen the two clamps
5. turn carb so bottom faces towards the left, the
wiring harness might interfere a little with the carb
turning so just keep an eye on everything, turn the
carb slowly and don't force it, if it doesn't want to
turn make sure your clamps are loose and then look for
whatever the carb is hanging up on.
6. the idle mixture screw has a silver plug on in it,
it's at the end of a little tube that sticks out from
the bottom of the carb, it's pretty obvious, the plug
is about 1/8 thick, so drill it out with small hole,
you may want to put a piece of tape around your drill
bit to mark the 1/8 inch, there is probably another
1/8 on the other side before you hit the screw with
the drill bit. Once you have the hole drilled you
should be able to stick something in the hole and pry
the plug out.
7. take a small screwdriver, turn the screw all of
the way in until it bottoms lightly, don't tighten it,
then back it out about 2 1/4 turns. Put everything
back together and go for a ride, you'll like it.
