Looks way cool - but - I hope it's a super clean installation with plenty of insulation. I'd hate to think what might happen if there were one little spark in there! -- ian http://www.scarletfuries.com http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Scarl ... 1218125931 Translucent green IMS gas tank plus some LED's equals...http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DSN_KLR65 ... Thanks. They are located underneath the tank, not inside it. ________________________________ From: Ian Francisco To: DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 11:07 PM Subject: [DSN_KLR650] leds in tank Looks way cool - but - I hope it's a super clean installation with plenty of insulation. Hmmm. My KLX has a translucent green tank. I may have to do this, and label the switch Flux Capacitor. Kevin

I used these LED's from Walmart. They cost $18. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Custom-Accessories-Daytime-Running-Light-LED-Strip-White-2pc/19853310 I didn't install a switch to turn them off, being LED's they use very little power. ________________________________ From: Kevin Powers To: Eric J Foster Cc: "DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com" DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Wednesday, July 18, 2012 6:53 AM Subject: Re: [DSN_KLR650] Re: leds in tank Hmmm. Nice indeed. Now I'm looking for something that will give the same effect with my black IMS. And a magnetic tank bag that will work with it.

What do you think about steel ball bearings first, then the lighted match? Jud.
