Seems like using a needle file you could dress the teeth for better grip and engagement. If it was mine I'd probably be trying that before I'd try replacing the tensioner. headlight replacement

Post by RobertWichert » Sun Apr 10, 2011 1:04 pm

Hey folks, Do I need to remove the front fairing to replace the headlight bulb? It looks "possible" without removing it, but I would appreciate advice. It also looks like "maybe" the black shroud behind the fairing needs to come off. Yes? Cheers on a wonderful sunny day to go riding! -- Robert P. Remove black cover, remove bulb connector, and pop off chrome retaining clip.
