problem with cam chain tensioner?

<><><><><><><><> <><><><><><><><> Kevin, I haven't seen a reply to your post so here's mine. I don't remember hearing of anyone having problems with a cam chain tensioner until your post. Seems like using a needle file you could dress the teeth for better grip and engagement. If it was mine I'd probably be trying that before I'd try replacing the tensioner. Hey folks, Do I need to remove the front fairing to replace the headlight bulb? It looks "possible" without removing it, but I would appreciate advice. It also looks like "maybe" the black shroud behind the fairing needs to come off. Yes? Cheers on a wonderful sunny day to go riding! -- Robert P. Remove black cover, remove bulb connector, and pop off chrome retaining clip.
