Good idea and good job on gathering the info.
Another consideration is how you intend to flash the lights. One of the club vendors, Tom Wisnionski, has a great flasher setup that he sells, but it uses bulbs rated at 6v. I believe that it uses incandescent bulbs or LEDs. By the way, his flasher can also be used to flash your lights in the brain area. You should keep this in mind when ordering your lights, so you don't end up with a bunch of 12v lights and you need 6v bulbs for the flasher. Also, keep in mind, bulbs that you will be needing in the brain lighting and the finger lights, as you may want to buy them all at once for quantity discount or to save on shipping.
Myself, I chose to use the PLH sockets for T2 bulbs for the chest lights, as I felt it would be easier for me to remove them. With this choice, I plan on using T2 LED bulbs. But, I will need other base style bulbs and sockets for other areas. You just have to choose your personal preference.

PS: As for the colors, as indicated in prior
