Hi all, Few words on instument colours, mine on the TB have the green tint as you describe and came back restored from John Marks with the same colour dials.I did have a spare rev counter at one time which had the silver dials which came from a TA not sure if early or late. Last word on manifold colours? Those of us that used to have old British motorbikes with no more than one large cast iron finned cylinder would,to assist in cooling, paint them with cylinder black! Failing that fire grate black available from all good ironmongers! Regards Ron Benson TB (5 speed ,box would be nice) l________________________________________________________________________

Hi John, Can,t really remember but I think they may have a bluey tinge to the colour, might be just faded, don,t think the lettering was any different though, Tacho is red lined at about 4,800 not sure if it should be as the original casing was cracked so I sent him my spare which was from a TA. Regards, Ron Benson TB
