Flat Bumper early TC's

Jim had a TC when we were dating (in 51)and the guy he obtained the car from made heavy strap iron bars which reached halfway up the grill in the shape of a figure 4. They were about 1/4 inch thick and chromed. I have a photo somewhere if you are interested. Let me know. Sally Carroll
