Rocker Cover Colour

Post by frank drakman » Tue Jul 24, 2001 4:47 pm

I am in Canada but I would imagine the paint/code would be the same in the UK assuming Dupont paint is sold there. As I posted a couple months ago The British Wire Wheel Company in the U.S. kindly advised me that they use "Silver-Gray" 44716-A for their wire wheels. I have been told that the same colour would be good for the valve cover..that the colour will slowly turn towards that greenish hue? Thanks, DAI

Rocker cover colour

Good day gentlemen, After reading various pieces of literature I have settled on what appears to be the accepted original colour of the steel cover. It is described as silver-grey metallic. Does anyone have a better description which might include a paint brand and code? Many thanks, Len Bonnay Canada
