They can tip over and hurt you. Besides, the market already offers the ideal vehicle for when we become too old and feeble to ride a motorcycle. It's called the "Harley-Davidson". Low CG, modest performance, no expectations; all the attributes that make the Harley the ideal trainer or woman's bike also qualify it for geezer duty. The only downside is the embarrassment of being seen on one. > > --- In DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com, "revmaaatin" wrote: > > > > > > > > --- In DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com, "gpokluda" wrote: > > > > > > Reliable sources within Can Am have confirmed that the subsidiary of Bombardier will enter the adventure touring motorcycle market with an all new off-road capable Spyder in mid to late summer. > > > > > > snip > > > > Welcome to my parlor said the SPYDER to the fly. cough. > > > > Gino, and others, I appreciate the forum and its ability to generate discussion. grin. Why? http://vanhornwhitewater.com/EvyCharlotte2.jpg >
My 16 year old (as of April 5th) daughter Evy, is a Whitewater Slalom
Kayaker and
member of the 2012 US Junior Team.
She also earned the bronze medal at this year's US National
Championships, sharing the podium with this year's US Olympic
Team member and a US Senior Team member. In the 2013 Bank of America
US Open, she finished 1st in-class, and 3rd overall.
As a fund raiser to cover her travel expenses for the current 2013
season, including The Jr World Cup in Europe, we crafted limited run
of lightweight camp stove kits, with
stoves manufactured from 25oz aluminum water bottles. While this
technology is not new, we have done much R&D to create a lightweight,
durable stove with known performance characteristics in a variety of
operating conditions.

* Note: Our manufacturing process has been standardized to insure
your stove meets our first-quality criteria. However, because they
are assembled by hand, you may experience slight cosmetic variations
from kit to kit. Also, due to unavoidable variations in the raw
materials, the stoves may have small scratches and distortions, which
do not interfere with their overall appearance or performance. All
kits function 100% and will provide years of productive use.
