Ther is a group of us going the week before basing out out of Custer State
park. I will be at Sturgis for main week with CMA and probably will still
have some time to ride.

did anyone ride to sturgis this year I rode from Chicago on my klr and camped in hat springs and hersner I did not get to do to much off roading a little in nebraska colorado to much time on the road not enough time to go off roading I road threw illinois iwoa nebraska south dakota wyoming colorado kansas missori.

I don't think that parting out ONE privately owned vehicle would necessitate a license. If you did it on a larger scale they could probably pop you on it.
