I'm not sure that you're going to find much in the way of video's, except for Jay's valve adjustment. You might check my website, which has a bunch of written / pictorial information, including links to other websites: http://klr6500.tripod.com/ Mark KLR650 Motorcycle Pages: http://klr6500.tripod.com/ HomePage: http://home.adelphia.net/~msaint/index.html My Adelphia Email can be "iffy." 09' handlebar mods

A couple of thoughts: I have not personally seen a GEN 2 handlebar with the grips off; but 1. I would imagine a progressive or stepdrill bit would change the threaded end to a hollow handle bar in just seconds. The other thing to consider, 2. finding the right bolt size and screwing it dircetly into the OEM fastener/attaching the barkbuster to that threaded fastener that is welded to the bar. That actually would be stronger than screwing a steel bolt into an aluminum plug furnished with the barkbuster. I suspect the 'barkbuster' bolt might even be the right size, but you might want to shorten it up with a hacksaw. 3. The plug in the end of the bar could also be rethreaded for a larger bolt, as necessary. revmaaatin.
