Thank yor Mike for the info on Moto Mule. It looks like a good alternative and it is cheaper. Jud, here's a reason to pull a trailer: I'm 70-years-old, my hobbies are motorcycling, camping and trout fishing. Due to balance issues and walking difficulties it is harder to stand in swift flowing, rocky rivers. It is time to switch to lake fishing which requires adding a float tube to my gear. All this makes the bike very top heavy, which is not good for one with balance issues. I'm happy you can smugly get on down the road with nothing more than what you cary on your bike, but I'd rather tow a trailer than take the cage, and it has come down to that.

I have seen those float tubes, Joe. They look like a great tool! Not
much power though...

eaglemate trailers
FOUND IT!!!!. Just had to hunt through all those old links. The trailer I had seen up at Americade several years ago was called a monogo. Less DS and more street oriented than the Trail tail but it would be perfect for fishing types do to the longer storage container. My current list is below.
Monogo - http://monogo.com/
Trail Tail - http://www.trailtail.com/wordpress/
Moto-Mule - http://www.moto-mule.com/trailers.html
Unigo - http://www.uni-go.com/
Mono-trail, not yet - http://www.mono-trail.co.uk/
Lumps that would go well with cruiser type bikes.
