nklr stuff that makes you go "huh?"

Post by Eddie » Tue Jun 12, 2012 2:07 pm

I work for a credit card processor and am still baffled by braille instructions on a drive-through ATM. I know the machines are somewhat universal for different locations. But, it's still weird. Like the sign in McDonalds that says, "Picture and braille menus available upon request." That's just mean. eddie

Here in MN we often have rumble strips ahead of intersections to alert drivers to stop signs ahead. My mother was visiting from NY and was surprised at the rumble strip and asked me what it was. I explained that they were braille stop signs, which she thought was a wonderful idea. -- Kevin Powers White Bear Lake, MN

Not ment to be mean But show respect. A blind person traveling with a friend OR IN A TAXI, can use the ATM with out sharing there pin#. And CAN read the Menu without having to feel like a child having it read to them. OR if they walk in alone they can SHOW the casher what they want, the prices etc..

Guys, try the seed of the Drumstick tree, Moringa, Horseradish Tree. I have been using this for some time now, works a treat. No more knee pain, joint pain of any kind. Very easy tree to grow, in S. FL. at least. I have a tree if any want to try it out, just send me an address. Always happy to help. Shane
