seat foam 101
The Corbin Seat Covers are riveted on so more work. But, the cover is stretched less so easier to realign the rivet holes but you have to use some bigger rivets in some place due to thrashing while taking apart. Though, the Corbin needs much less foam work than the OEM. The Corbins still need some softer memory foam on top. Since you have to stretch the OEM KLR seat cover more to get it back on, it is a two man job.
Take out 1-2 inchesadd 2 to 4 inches of memory foam for the Corbin is necessary.
Take out 4 inches of memory foam for OEM seat.
add 6 inches of memory foam. I actually took out 4 inches up front, added 6 inches of memory foam. In back, I just added some memory foam on top of stock. WORKS GREAT
