The larger front brake rotor is 100% better if you are riding a pre08 primarily on the street. It could be the difference between life and death. But, if I had to quantify great control/feel vs grab for your life? FRED/ARROWHEAD MOTORSPORTS HAS THE EBC Supermoto Oversized Contour Rotor Kit at a good price. There are EBC regular oversized and Contour oversized. EBC had problems with the relocation bracket fitment on the earlier regular oversized. If you pick up an early oversized from an unknown cheap source, you might have fitment problems. That is why you should just buy the Contour--works better, too. There is also a Galfer Wave front that is EXPENSIVE--$300. J#3
