Well, decided to pull the Gen cover off to check the spring while doing this oil change. It's still good so did the called for adjustment while I had the cover off. All's good. The bad is gasket tore at the very bottom and I though I had one in stock but found it was bad also. Been on the shelf for about 8 years or so and had stuff thrown on top of it I reckon. Got one coming out of San Diego as of yesterday with Bike Bandit so we'll be in good shape to go check out the colors in Arkansas at the end of this month. JUst wuvs my KLR.
