1)for a KLR or any dual sport or any dirt bike, you want a relay that has a METAL MOUNTING TAB. Plastic ones break within 2 years if you ride off-road.
2)the best places to get relays are ebay, local electronic surplus places, or electronic surplus places online.
3)you can get a good metal mount relay for less than 5 bucks at the places I suggest. An automotive or motorcycle relay from a regular auto or moto parts store can cost you 15 to 50 dollars(and might be all plastic).

dave despain's klr
It's hard to see, but it looks like he has some kind of aftermarket windshield attachment. Can somebody give me some info on it?
