That is a really odd size. Are you certain of your M7 diameter?
Try:
http://www.allmetalcorp.com/metricfast.php
They have M7 hex heads in stainless. No Socket heads listed. Look expensive.
If this is on your bicycle stem, are you certain you want to change
the clamping bolts that hold your handle bars on?

The only M7 bolt I have personally seen is the front fender crossbrace bolt
on a GL1500 Gold Wing.
(Just called and confirmed that with the repair shop where I hang out.)
There are four in that application. When installing an aftermarket fork
brace, four short of M7 all thread rod
are provided to help pull everything up/together while installing the
actual installation bolts, which are longer than stock.
If your local Honda m/c dealer has done one of these installations, they
*might* have the original M7 bolts around.
If not, you could always order some.
They are about an inch or so long. If you needed shorter ones, they could
always be cut down.
I do not know the thread pitch of those bolts, however.
Happy Hunting!

I googled M7 metric bolts and several places like American fastener came up.

Dean- Yep, certain of the size, I gauged it at the hardware store. I'll check Allmetal, thanks. And yes, if I get them from a reputable place they won't be any weaker and might be stronger than the ones the manufacturer used.
