when to replace brake rotors?
I had to replace the stock front on my KLR as the caliper froze up from being dirty (mud etc.) which got the rotor too hot and warped it. It looked sorta like a freesbie and didn't stop too good. Stock rotors on the older KLR's are pretty thin. I know have a bigger rotor (thanks to Fred).
