gas - probably as bad as a oil thread

Post by Jeffrey » Sat Nov 13, 2010 11:51 am

My 04 PINGS on regular. It even pings on mid grade in summer. So, I run mid grade in winter and premium in summer. Pinging is not good. It means your engine is firing while the piston is still on its up stroke and can break ring landings etc. Jeffrey #3

brake pads front

I put EBC HH pads on the front of my 09',too. Before I rode the bike, I took some 200 grit sandpaper and scuffed the shine off the rotor. It took a few miles for the new pads to bed-in. But, once they did, worked fine.  eddie

I kept waiting for them to break in and start grabbing but they never did.  I bought a set of OEM pads and by stopping ability instantly returned. I will never buy them again.  - Jeff Khoury

Big difference between keeping the original post (SIN-GYOU-LAR) and leaving the five prior. It's a little thing called "etiquette". And..... You know my Mom? A word of advice, my friend.... You may want to go find some penicillin. E "I've always thought that's the worst thing possible, and somewhat rude. People will have no idea what you are talking about of you don't quote them.
