You can get a little extra hight on the brake pedal by adjusting the linkage nuts below the master cylinder. I adjusted mine until the brake lever touched the engion case, than backed off 1/2 turn. This dd not raise the pedal as much as I had wanted, but enough that I can live with it. PS. My lever has a small casting ridge on it, that if I ground off I coulld get the pedal a little higher.
