nklr, sleeping pads
A couple of days ago one of you guys posted a link where these sleeping pads were sold.
Can someone re-post that link. I cannot find it anywhere and I'm in the need of a pad. $300 bucks is spendy fo' sho'but if as good as told by manufacturer, worth the bucks. I've gone through a half dozen of the Thermarest pads in the past 10 years at a hundred a pop.
Thanks, Monte

My solution: $9.99 twin bed air mattress. You can break many of these
before you have spent enough $ on one Thermarest.
They're super comfy.

Mike, I've never used anything but the stock tires and Kenda K270s on my KLR. Best, Jeff On Thu, 1 Apr 2010 20:55:59 -0500 "Mike Hilton" writes:
Jeff, that was good data tire information, thanks for posting it. Have you ever ran the Kenda 761's. I'm not much off roading on my KLR and have considered them. I am currently running Mefo's but not sure I am that impressed. I have gotten nearly 10K out of the rear. The front cupped so bad I replace it before the rear.

I just rechecked their warranty which is the usual limited life warranty against defects so are they just wearing out from the amount you use them. At the price I would expect one in 10 years not 6. Anyway any feedback before I buy could be useful.....have a great long weekend.....
