Hey Folks, On "The KLR List," someone inquired about multi-day organized dualsport rides on the Mid-Atlanic region. I replied with info on the one-day PATRA 7-Mountains ride, which is on Father's Day, June 21. More info here: http://www.pamall.net/patra/> I also indicated that if he came up, I would host a ride the day before in order to extend his experience here. then, I figured, it's been awhile since some of us got together, So, I decided to throw together a quick little shindig. Here's the details: 1. No Fee. 2. I'll cook burgers, dogs & fixin's Friday night. BYOB 3. Camp-out in my yard Friday night. 4. Continental breakfast Saturday morning. 5. Nice easy ride with short easy rugged section up to Renovo (same route as the NOAB '07 day 1 morning segment). 6. Buy your own lunch at Yesterday's in Renovo. 7. Nice ride back to the house, maybe a swim in the Susquehanna if it's hot & sunny out. Probably will take the route along the river to Farrandsville, then Lock Haven and back to the house by ~5PM. 8. Tearful good-byes. Those who with to stay the night and ride the 7-Mtns even or just hang out are welcome to spend another night here. Lemme know by June 16 if you plan on coming so I can buy food.
