stebel horn mounting place on klr?
A Stebel is a nice Christmas present, now the work begins. A poster
over on ADVrider put up one of the cleanest installs I've ever seen or
used. It is no easy project to install the stebel in a safe and out of
the way place, as the KLR is jambed up with no room.
That being said, I followed this websites install and did it on both
my wife's and my KLR's. Allow lots of time ( four hours or so) and
don't be rushed. When you are done, don't honk the horn in an
enclosed room unless you are using ear plugs. When we ride and honk
our horns together, we can wake up the dead.
