Cool! Yeah, I forgot to say that I always wet the bead down well with a spray bottle of water and a little dish soap to make it slippery. This isn't really "recommended" because of the notion that the tire will slip on the rim. But my rims are so beat up that mechanical friction will tend to mitigate against that, and I've never had a problem even running as low as 15PSI (*HOT*) in my front TKC-80 when offroad. But the "right" thing to do would be to buy some "real" tire lube, which is available from various places on these intertubes.
