waterproofing the klr for surfing

Post by C&W Burner » Thu Jun 12, 2008 3:23 am

I would love to take my KLR on a few golf courses here in NH. They mostly consist of 80 / 20 trails, a little water and sand to play in, and the views are fantastic. I only see four wheeelers, with fat tires and electric power on the courses around here. They must be into the quads, cause they even yell FOUR, never TWO :>) Wayne(rice)Burner Not running well in NH I think I broke the KACR spring over the weekend. The bike won't spin over 6 grand anymore. I hope I did not hurt anything limping it back home from the coast. I can't think of what else it could be. Any ideas I put a new spring in when I did a new slug and rings after a bore, but that was about 1K miles ago. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet, I have a KZ 250, an LT 125 suzi, and a Yam moto four that all need to be fixed for other people first. I am glad this is only a hobby, unlike golf.
