I recently sold a front fender to Jeff and wanted to let the list know that
Jeff is one upstanding dude.
He believed that I had underestimated the shipping cost (which I had) and
paid for the difference without me even asking.
In addition, when he received the fender yesterday, he thought I had
undervalued it due its excellent condition and he sent me another $10 on top
of the selling price we had agreed on.
I wish all of my dealings were with people with Jeff's degree of integrity.

OK friends, I have to report that the long necked
beast is riding again, new regulator and stock links
did the job. After driving the 125 cc for several
weeks, to sit on the KLR made me feel like a King!
It is really a good bike to drive, when it feels like
functioning well. The problem is its many foibles and
the hard-to-come-by parts are rather pricey.
I have ordered a new Yamaha 250 dirt bike, and then
when I am driving three bikes, I will decide which one
to get rid of. Instinct tells me get rid of the 125
cc, because I want to drive like a King, have this
feeling of power and speed. And have good suspension
for the washboardies potholeys and stonies. The 125
is rather jarring, so if one enjoys that, it will keep
your joints from freezing. The doctors may be
puzzeld, as the heart and liver will have traded
places, but that s nitpicking. LOL, thanks for all the
advice, and fun on this list, together we are strong!
Group hug. Jacostaricaman.
