regulator
Oops, I am sorry Jeff, I forgot to include the list in
my address. Thank you for forwarding.
I checked out the Marknet pages, and there is an
extensive instruction page for the waterpump seals
changing. I will have to order the seals and o-ring
and gaskets from Fred. To get off the small nut that
holds the impeller, do I have to find a way to hold
the impeller still? The impeller shaft is delicate,
according to Marknet.
Two listers have suggested that it is probably the
voltage regulator that gives me problems. Everything
works fine, and all of a sudden, boom, battery empty,
a few minutes ago the battery was ok for weeks at
time. I will have to check the clymers to see if I
can test this regulator. too many things to do at the
same time, I have a job too.
For now, I will flush out and clean the radiator and
coolant tank, and fill it up with distilled water, run
it for a while, and then drain it again.
I start to think: what s next? Endless maintainance?
Send me Kleenex. I need a good cry. Jacostarica.
