gas boiling
Has anyone tried this product on the bottom of the tank:

Hi folks,
 
 Did not get a response on this one before...
 
 Has anyone tried this type heat shield on the underside of the gas tank to
 prevent boiling?

gas boiling
I take it you ride in the same zip code as Hell or something. I've never had gas boil in a 
 tank or had vapor lock in any vehicle. 
 Have you had this happen??

Yes, it has happened to me.
 
 Stop & go in 95+ heat when tank is below 1/2....
 
 More than a few of the group have had issues with gas boiling and I like a
 good engineering challenge.
 
 I will try the stuff and provide a few pics and a report after testing.
