I have no sympathy for these over paid Bozos. The previous statement excludes journeyman card holders. I loose half my paycheck every week to taxes, medical insurance, Social security that i'll never see, Oh and a wee bit to my 401K plan. It's time these boys pony like the rest of the world. Don't stop there Kerry. How about these company execs. pulling down many millions per year. Recently an exec. at Home Depot was given a 200 million exit package to get him out of the way. Then again how about professional athletes...

The athletes over paid is an easy solution. Don't go to the games or
watch them on TV. They would be humble real soon. As would the
overpaid execs or Union guys if you didn't buy their products (which
has happened in the car business).

The insurance industry tends to be regulated, and most (all?) states have a
Insurance Commissioner/Director/Official of some type. Here in the
socialist State of Washington, the Insurance Commissioner is an elected
official, and must answer to the voters, not just the insurance companies.
A short letter, with copies of your policy, state law, and communications
with the company to the state insurance commissioner, should produce
results. If your state does not have an insurance department, your attorney
general's office can likely help.
If Progressive Insurance is refusing to follow the law and granting the
discount, you are probably not alone. Can you say Class Action suit?
