<><><><><><><> <><><><><><><> Sam, Here's a post from just over a year ago. I suppose the link is still good but haven't checked. Since our KLRs have CV carbs some of you may be interested in this site. I thought it was very interesting how they tune from the top down. http://www.factorypro.com/tech/carbtune,CV,lower_rpm_engines.html Best, Jeff Saline ABC # 4412 South Dakota Airmarshal Airheads Beemer Club www.airheads.org The Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota 75 R90/6, 03 KLR650, 79 R100RT

Sam, Looks like that link was bad. Here's another one that just worked for me. I don't think it really covers the stuff you're asking about though. Sorry. http://www.factorypro.com/tech_tuning_procedures/tuning_carbtune,CV,lower _rpm_engines.html Jeff

Can anyone provide dimensions for stock and aftermarket suspension springs for the KLR? Looking for wire diameter, free length, outside diameter, inside diameter, wire size and spring rate. Springs should be available from general spring suppliers if one has the dimensions. Norm [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
