need replacement odometre-speedo-tach will this work...?
Hey there I have a '87 KLR 650 and my tach, and odometre are toast. I
replaced the speedo cable and it works but nothing else. My tach is
jumping around like a mexican jumping bean.
I saw this ad on ebay for the Trail Tech Motorcycle computer. The
fellow said it would work for my bike.

Has anyone tried this thing, is it a good option over a new instrument
cluster...?
Thanks in advance folks!

Thanks for any info,

Riding next to and looking up at the snow capped Tetons on the way to Yellowstone with classical music on the XM is incredible.
Riding the Hill Country twisties with Tom Petty on XM, 'runnin down a dream' is exhilarating.

I ride my bike to get away from the 'noise' of life, and am perplexed why folks spend so much time and energy to import more noise into the otherwise serenity of a motorcycle ride. No, I have not been on a 5 week MC ride, but if I had the opportunity to do so, leaving the radio at home would be at the top of the list. I know that is not the answer to the question asked, but, there it is. revmaaatin. who is most often tuned to the original sirius (serious) channel-aka the 'meditation- contemplation' channel while riding.
