[dsn_klr650] doohickey - faq section entry

Ok as shallow as it is...I want some more sound from my KLR 650. Don't really care if I get 2, 3 or even 5 more whole horse power... From what I have read the Big Gun is REALLY loud, even the quiet series. My question is this: If I were to get a slip on mlike the Super trapp or FMF...would I get any better sound? Not only do I want tweety to go away, but a bit more volume is needed. Any info? Thanks! Stryker

I looked at the FAQ and under the known issues, it mentions the counter balancer problem/history. Nowhere in that paragraph is the word 'doohickey' mentioned. How about if the heading gets changed from this: "Balancer chain tensioner prone to failure" to something like this: "Balancer chain tensioner (Doohickey) prone to failure" That way people who have been warned and only have heard about the word doohickey can make the connection if they look at the FAQ ... I know the word is mentioned below in devon's link, but for someone looking , it's not easy to find in the first few pages of the FAQ .
