Tim,
That's what I was thinking when I was comparing 2 handguards on their
website. They both look the same bend. I like the Tusk aluminum guard
for the price, I also like Maier full coverage plastic.
Also, the other guy just gave me a tip about saving money using stock
handguards. He drills holes on the stock handguards and screw it on
Tusk aluminum handguard.
thanks,
Kenneth

Tim,
Thanks for letting me know about more modifications to the stock
handguard mounting area to fit the Tusk guards.

Just for clarity the Maier bars are pre-tapped and threaded, but the
actual deflectors come without holes and with screws. You line them
up and drill your own holes. With a heatgun and some patience I'd
imagine you could get most hunks of plastic to fit either the Maier
or the Tusk guards.

supertrap's gone - need exhaust
Going down the interstate the supertrap fell off. I looked for it but could
not find it. Besides, it was blown out anyway.
So, I've been looking on Ebay with no luck. Anybody have an exhaust sitting
around? Someone did but sold it before I acted.
