exhaust mods -- baffle replacement

I have a 2003 KLR650 with almost 3000 miles on it know and the rear tire is almost gone. First of all, what is normal wear for the stock tires? Second, what kind of milage should one expect from a Michelin Anakee, T66, or Dunlop D604? Lastly, is a 130/80 the largest tire that will fit on the rear of my bike?
