Anyone know what the thread size is for the flanged nut on the bottom of the
mirror? I lost mine and need to replace it with a regular nut but can't find
one with the right thread pitch.

Yet if you want a huge support market, the KLR
wins out. It is not as good as the KTM in the dirt, but the KTM isn't
nearly as nice on the street. The KLR is like the Swiss Army knife of
bikes. The KTM is more of a two edged sword. Plus, don't forget, if
that bike is already two years old, you lose that $1,500 the moment
you go out the door. I vote to buy the KLR's, fix them up to suit you
and your wife, and go have more fun than you'll ever have besides
good sex.
