I need to know step by step how to go about charging the battery on
my A15. I haven't ridden it in a while due to a new job and need to
know the proper way to charge it back up. It has a little charge but
not enough to turn it over. I have an automotive 12 volt trickle
charger, will this work?
Thanks in advance from the mechanically declined

make sure the battery is full of acid and charge it at
1 to 2 amps per hour for at least 4or 5 hours....

Use distilled water to fill the battery if it's low. (wish I would use my own advice). Set your charger on the lowest charging setting if it has more then one. The best thing you can get is a battery tender. They sell them in most moto-mags. They charge and then shut off at the right charge. But you still have to keep an eye on the water level in the battery. Trickle charging is important, a quick charge car charger can damage motorcycle batteries. Be careful to hook the right leads when you hook on the charger Positive to positve, negative to negative.

still need help in antigua
I ve done all the ignition system diagnosis I can possibly do without
further assistance from the manual. I ve been trying to follow along
with my partners DR650 but it s just too different.
That s right, I left my manual(s) at home becuase, you know I
wouldn t need them
Specifically, I need the procedures to test out the CDI, the Coil
(correctly) and anything else listed on the ignition system. I would
also need any printed values of expectation for ohms testing, etc..
Please send directly to my email (or cc.).
Muchas Gracias/appreciado
Todd (still in Antigua)
