100 indicated or 100 actual? Got mine up to 92 actual speed out in Utah a while back. Whereupon it went into a *scary* speed wobble and I thought I was going to die. Rolled off ever so slowly and it eventually settled back down, but not before giving me a good scare. Indicated speed was a tad over 100 but the max speed recorded on my GPS was 92. If the GPS speed readout is to be trusted then my '01 consistenly reads about 8MPH fast. Of course since sometime last week it's reading *nothing*. Speedo quit working. I checked, and it appears the cable is still intact. So now what? -Trevor

It was speedo reading. I know actual was slower. But it looked cool. Didn't look at the RPM gauge. I had no wobble what so ever.

100.8, coming from Grand Junction to Delta CO a few weeks back. That's GPS, confirmed on 2 different ones. Indicated was about 110. and just a hair over 6K on the odo. No wobble, nothing wrong with the way she rode. Stock suspension, 16t front, stock rear, 35psi in the Kenda Challengers. I was hoping to keep up with the CBRXX, the FJ, the R100S and the V45, but..... Anyway FWIW. millerized

die. I had exactly the same this weekend. Got it up to a true 150kmh, began to wobble. Didn't push my luck. Well, not any further, I mean.
