turn the motor off when checking the oil or else you will get a low reading. You Never know...maybe he checked it while he was warming up the motor. Conall

hello from denver area (nklr trip report)

It appears that a lot of Rampart Range and the Divide trails are burnt and structures have been lost in the Deckers area. Nobody knows when the fire will be contained - it is currently completely uncontained. There's a shallow possibility of isolated rain showers today and Friday. Currently the fire size is 87,000 acres - huge. Latest info on the Hayman Fire at http://www.fs.fed.us/r2/psicc/fire/hayman/index.htm Message: 23 Date: Wed, 12 Jun 2002 16:04:14 -0000 From: "millerized_2000" Subject: Hello from Denver Area (NKLR Trip Report) Hi all I made it out here from WV on Monday evening. Choking all the way in. These fires are really nothing to worry about, unless you're in the state of Colorado. Man, talk about a lot of land going up. Damn shame to see all those trails and trees smoldering.
