fork brace and ufo fender

I'm new to the list and thought I should look over the archives before asking a bunch of questions. The link at the bottom of each message doesn't work. What's up wid dat? Since I have already asked one question how about a few more..... What kind of oil? Chain oil? Tires? Should I carry a Glock in the tank bag? Did I miss anything? Ray

As part of the thread on gusty winds and the KLR, I saw the recommendation for a fork brace plus a UFO fender. Can one have both at once? Are there any pictures posted of the UFO fender? Thanks. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
