Not easily. I don't know any bikes that have had this done. You might be able to modify the oil pipe that goes to the cylinder head so that it feeds oil through an oil cooler first. You would not be able to cool all the oil first since there are oil passages in the cases that get fed oil almost straight after the oil filter. Do you know what temperature your oil gets to?> is tere anyway for me to install an oil cooler onto my klr?
There is one in the KLR600A1 base manual. Mister_T Melbourne Australia> any oil flow diagrams?

oil cooler (help!)
Yew:
I'm in KL a few times a year and I see the traffic first hand. If
you are in KL, you are very brave to drive in that traffic!!
I don't think you will need an oil cooler. Many of the people on the
list ride in hot areas; Texas, Flordia, Arizona, etc. When I lived
in Arizona it was often 110F and the bike never overheated.
I suggest that you just keep the cooling system in top shape. I
found that adding WaterWetter helps some.

Well that's the end of that site. There's too much competition that is still free, they're never going to make it. -Ed> the CapoNord won the shootout anyway. > > Gino
