While cleaning the chain, I removed the front spocket cover. I
noticed the very important magneto wires are quite exposed to the
elements and any nasty stuff possibly coming off the chain. Has
anyone experienced any failures here or I am just overly concerned
about nothing. Are there any simple mods to protect these wires? It
seems that a broken wire here means you are walking home.
Thanks

nklr 2000 aprilia pegaso for sale
2000 Aprilia Pegaso for sale.
8,000 miles, Purchased new in June 2001. Metallic Grey/Black.
Excellent condition.
Located on Parker, Colorado.
Has 4" higher "touring" wind screen. Includes Aprilia tank bag,
Aprilia/Givi Top box, and heated grips. The original front tire will
need replacing soon. The rear is at about 50%.
This bike has a salvage title. It was in a dealer that had a fire.
All the bikes, whether damaged or not were declared totaled by the
insurance company. This bike, other then getting real dirty, had no
damage from the fire. It does have a couple of very minor scratches
in the paint and muffler shields. I suspect this happened while in
transport.
I am asking $5,200.
I am selling it because I think I would like a larger street bike,
for 2 up riding, and a smaller strictly dirt bike, for trail riding.
