nklr is snap-on worth it?
They're all made of alloy steel. Funny, I've never had a
Craftsman wrench or socket do that to me, unless it was a
regular socket used in a half-inch drive impact wrench.
I have never had a problem with tool replacement with Sears
like I have with Mac and Snap-On salesmen's "Prove that you
haven't abused this!" attitude.

My CS nut was on WAY too tight one time. No amount of huffing against a three-foot cheater pipe would bust it off. My 400lb ft air impact and an ordinary 1 1/16" Sears socket did the trick. Just went to Snap On's site. Cheapest 1/4" torquer = $177. Sorry
purists, my $28 Harbor Freight Taiwan special will not be replaced. For as
often as I and friends use it, it's fine.

Hold on now! I tried to return a broken torque wrench and they said the
replacement policy doesn't apply to torque wrenches. Or did the guy shine my
on??
