Ironic you mention GM. The Secretary of Defense under Kennedy and Johnson, Robert S. McNamara, was recruited from GM. He was the CEO. Darrel A12

I don't beleive that was a coincidence. However one of the conspiracy theories states that Kennedy's assasination was because he was about to pull out of Viet Nam. Ed

I agree that you shouldn't ride with your high beams on in the daylight. If you need to get someones attention it is faster to turn on your high beam than to have to go to low beam then back to high. That split second might be the time you need to keep someone from pulling out or turning in front you. In thirty-eight years of riding there has been several times I needed that extra split-second.
