Hi List: Would the gentleman from Ft. Richardson, Alaska, who sent me a message offering assistance, please contact me again at: punkynlew@... or call me at 907-479-5300. Need to know if he has accomodation for me and for Punky to recover during the next month. Camping in a tent is inadequate. Thanx. Punky & Lew

motoport canyon/voyager clothing

Post by Scott Adams » Mon Jul 30, 2001 1:07 pm

This weekend I had the chance to really try out my brand new Motoport Canyon II jacket and Voyager AX Pants. 120 miles of KLR trail riding in 40 degree, 40 mile an hour wind, torrential rain. The Jacket was awesome, warm, dry and everything it was supposed to be and then some. The Pants, however, SUCKED. Leaked right through the zippers and crotch. I did very carefully velcro close the zipper flap but to no avail. Has anyone else had this same problem with the Voyager AX Pants? I am definately looking for some suggestions as to a full zip step-into cordura/armoured pant that IS waterproof. Is this a possibility? Scott C. Adams Scott@... or www.attorneyadams.com 20565 S.W.
