Let me belatedly add my congrats to you on this one sir! I was really holding my breath for you on this one- I never even took my kids on my bike (they were to young) and she was able to use it against me in court! She had the judge convinced that I was this big ole -dare I say it- BIKER! It basically screwed me outa serious visitation for 6years! I also learned something about the NY court system- if you don't like a judges decision- and you tell him that he's only siding with your ex cause he likes her butt- he CAN lock you up for 5 days! Sorry for going on and on, but this one hit real close to home, and I am real happy it worked out for you.
