I don't think that would work at speed. I used to have speakers mounted in my helmet for my stereo and it was very hard to hear. I wear a full face helmet. I think you would have to mount a mic inside the helmet. I have seen it done before. As for the speakers, I think it would be necessary to buy special speakers for the helmet.
