It works! It works! Seems mechanic error in placing the needle jet was the problem. I was able to rotate the carb and get to the jet no problem. Thanks to all listers for the words of wisdom and offers of assistance. I went for a quick ride to check it out and it ran fine. A new 16T front and a 43T rear (had 14 and 45) really makes a difference. I never got out of 3rd around town. Can't wait for the freeway. -Adam
