There's an emergency spare that comes standard on the klr. The attached jpg (with part #) shows that the same part is also used for the carb vent hose. If you find another fix, let the rest of us in on it. I bought a brass replacement that was billed as flowing more fuel, but it wouldn't fit without some serious grinding on the carb.
