Well, with the SU racks from Tim and the Areo Waterproof bags the straps are not all that they could be. They need to be about 6 to 8 inches longer on the velcro strips to keep the hoop stuff off your seat. I sure it would start eating on the seat after several miles of hard pounding. I went to Walmart and bought some extra 2 inch velcro and glued it to the existing straps so the seat would only see soft stuff. Heck , who wants to wreck a 260 buck Corbin straight seat. But other than that, all is cool with them.
